Carrie Fertig is coming all the way from Scotland to DJ, just for our loyal Viva Tango inc. patrons. You may remember Carrie from last year Halloween party, with her intriguing raven hat and beautiful Tango music.

9-10 Vittoria & Guillermo, intermediate class:  “tango, puro tango, from the old milongueros”, a figure from carlos and rosa perez.

10 – Midnight – Practica w/Carrie DJing, Food, Socializing in cozy club atmosphere.

Suzanne Patterson Building at 45 Stockton St, Princeton. Fabulous dance floor with off-street parking at the entrance. Partner is not necessary.

Pablo & Iwona came with a great idea which we would like to implement.
After the class a Guided Practica Space will be designated without interfering with the practica, to clarify and help mastering the class material for those who feel they need it.

Iwona & Pablo at Philly Festival

8:00-8:45 Fundamentals/Warm-up class (beginners welcome)
8:45-9:30 Intermediate class will focus on mastering the recently
taught techniques and integrating them into the flow
of the tango.

9:30-Midnight Practica

Viva Tango Inc. welcomes back its resident Tango artists Iwona Ionescu and Pablo Garcia Gomez, who will teach and DJ, Thursday, Oct. 17th.

8 PM an all level Lesson (beginners are welcome) until 8:30 PM followed by Intermediate level class until 9:30, Practica, food and socializing till 11:45. No partner necessary.  See you on the beautiful wood floor of Suzanne Patterson Center, at 45 Stockton St., Princeton, NJ. $12.

Viva Tango wishes Dennis Matthies happy dancing in Florida! This Thursday will be his last dancing at Viva until next spring. He is relocating to Sarasota for the winter to be near his daughter and grandchildren. He promises to remain in contact with all of us through the VivaTango Inc. web page and Facebook.

Princeton Library FREE event Princeton Reads sponsored by Suzanne Patterson Center and Viva Tango Inc. based on “The Silver Linings Playbook” book and film that nominated for 8 Academy Oscar Awards. The book probes a relationship build around learning to dance. Sunday, November 24th, 2-5 PM, Live music Milonga with Prince Tango Trio and celebration of beginner class. After many requests Viva Tango Inc. brings back Pianist Maurizio Najt, our own patron Wendy Zoffer on flute and a guests Guitarist and vocals. $12.
