BEGINNERS CLASSES – Two excellent beginners series will start up shortly. Here are the details:

  1. Pablo and Iwona will teach Argentine Tango Basics on Tuesdays 7:30 to 9:00 PM, beginning October 6th. Location is the Suzanne Paterson Building. The link to register will be  http://www.princetonadultschool.org/registration has just begun. The class will have only 20 opening, so if you want to be assured of being in this class register soon.  The classes will teach the fundamentals of Argentine tango the way it is danced socially in Argentina and around the world.  Students will also explore the history of tango and its various musical forms.  No partner or previous dance experience required.  Students should bring comfortable shoes to class.
  2. Robin Thomas and assistant will teach a beginners series on Monday nights at the Princeton University’s Princeton Tango Club. Details will be published shortly.  Web page link is www.princeton.edu/~tango/
