Tangueros Y Tangueras,
Following the dazzling performance, lesson and practica of last week, Hugo and Angeles will be back this coming Thursday, February 28 for a busy schedule.
They will teach a class for beginners at 7:15 PM, then at 8:30 PM, an intermediate class, following with a practica. As usual we will serve light food (there is a rumor that some of us are relying on Nelly’s food as part of their late dinner. Can anyone blame them?).
Please join Viva Tango this Thursday.

We saw Hugo and Angeles perform in their U.S. debut and we are much exited to have them at Viva tonight, Thursday February 21, at the Suzanne Patterson Center in Princeton NJ.
If you ever wished to see Dancing with the Stars live in person, or travel to Buenos Aires then you do not want to miss seeing Hugo Mastrolorenzo and Angeles Chanaha performance of Argentine Tango. Doors will open at 8 PM and the performance will start at 8:30 PM. Food will be served after the performance. A lesson and open dancing will follow the refreshments. Everyone is invited to participate in or watch the lesson and dancing. Admission for the evening is $12.

And with practice, you can learn how to access your partner’s too. And how to achieve multiple accesses. That’s not a salacious suggestion. It’s what Vittoria and Guillermo will teach tonight – another variation on a single axis turn. Now combine that with the single axis turn you learned last week and pretty soon two axes are dancing as one.
You see where we’re going here.
Join us at 8 tonight at SPC. Admission $12 or $10 for students with ID.
Have we mentioned that we really want you to be our Valentine? We do. Come to our Funny Valentine Milonga next week to see how much.

And we’ve got three very, very, very good things coming:
This Thursday we’ll have an exciting lesson by Vittoria and Guillermo and maybe a surprise announcement about Guillermo’s secret mission to Buenos Aires. You’ll never know unless you come.
Next Thursday, February 14th is our Funny Valentine Milonga. We promise a good time whether you’re feeling the romance or not, whether you love the day or hate it. No partner necessary.
Starting February 21st we have three weeks (see? we told you) of Angeles Chanaha and Hugo Mastrolorenzo. You can see the still pictures here, but check Youtube to see when the videos are posted. Hot! Hot! and yes, Hot! to complete the trifecta.

Vittoria told us that the lesson will be on “a single axis turn to the right”. Well, we wanted to make sure we understand and say something intelligent about it that will excite you all tangueros. So with Google to the rescue, we are now excited and you should be too. The single guarantees we will not get dizzy…
Please join us at Viva Tango, in Suzanne Patterson , with Vittoria and Guillermo (who just came back from a quick visit abroad, remember? he was away last week) who will teach…A Single Axis Turn To The Right.
As usual, Nelly will set a nice table for you and perhaps a small surprise too.

It’s not usual for Vittoria Natale to have a new dance partner, but tonight she will be co-teaching with Steve Mason (yes, that Steve Mason from the Atrium.) It’s not usual to turn counter-clockwise on the dance floor, but that’s what they’ll be teaching, rhythmical counter-clockwise turns.
We start at 8 at SPC. We’ll have the usual good food, the usual good music, the usual good floor and all the usual suspects will be there. Come to Viva and have fun. That’s not unusual.
Admission $12 or $10 for students with ID.

That’s kind of unusual for us, but we’re definitely getting that procrastination thing under control (New Year’s resolution!) and can’t wait to tell you what we have planned for the next couple of months:
Whew, that was a lot of work. We’ll rest up now, but not before we ask if you know you can follow us on Google+ (Viva Tango), Twitter (@vivatango) and Facebook (Viva Tango Princeton). In fact, feel free to follow us anywhere.

It’s time to get out of it. Lesley Mitchell has had you turning all the way around for the last two weeks. Tonight she reveals how to exit gracefully from those 180 degree turns. You didn’t think she was going to leave you spinning on the dance floor, did you?
Join us at the Suzanne Patterson Center at 8 o’clock for good music, good dancing, good food and good fun. Admission $12 or $10 for students with ID.
We don’t want to seem overly ardent, but we are making a shameless attempt to woo you early and often because we really want you to be our Valentine. If you get any flowers or candy from a ‘secret admirer’, feel free to give us the credit.

As it turns out, a good teacher can take a single subject – 180 degree turns, for instance – and relate all of tango to it. That’s just what Lesley Mitchell has been doing.
Join us Thursday at 8 for her final lesson in about-face turns. If you’ve been paying close attention, you know you’ll learn things you weren’t even aware you didn’t know. Education – tango or otherwise – doesn’t get any better than that.
Admission $12 or $10 for students with ID. It all happens at SPC.
Save the date; Our Funny Valentine Milonga is February 14th, of course!
