Viva Tango Inc. is hosting Teresa & Juan Carlos for a lesson and practica.
Born in Chile where they lived for more than 20 years until moving to the United States, they longed for their beautiful Valparaiso, Chile.  They quickly found a way to connect with their roots… Argentine tango became their passion and, being avid dancers, they quickly embraced   salon-style tango.  Among their most  inspiring teachers are many maestros and seasoned milongueros from Buenos Aires.  They shared their knowledge, their wisdom and passion  for the dance.  

Their unique style is one of intimate connection, elegance and wit, emphasizing an important element in tango: the “heart to heart” dialogue through music.

Teresa & Juan Carlos can always be found at one of the many milongas in Philadelphia, Delaware, Washington, New York, Denver and Buenos Aires.  They perform at many events and are always eager to share their dance with their community.

Today Thursday, June 6, lovely Iwona Ionescu and Pablo Gomez are back at Viva Tango Inc. Please join us for a Tango treat. They will lead us from clear ochos to smooth single and double sacadas (with embellishments).

Doors open at 8 PM, Lesson at 8:30 PM followed by practica till 11:45, light supper and socializing all for $12.

Come and chill out at Viva Tango Inc. today. The Air Conditioning is on and working great. There is nothing more exciting in all of New Jersey than what you will have at Viva this Thursday. Don’t miss the lesson on enrosques and lapices taught by Andres Bravo Y Carolina Jaurena, enjoy dancing all evening after the lesson, and eat eat eat the great food between.

Come check out the Argentinian Tango shoes that Carolina will have for sale. Find a pair that is good for your feet and dancing. Save a trip to Argentina to look at the new fashions.

Chulo and Michelle will continue this Thursday with boleos for men, enrosques for women sequences.

Chulo and Michelle will teach intermediate level Traditional Milonga Step  Sequences for crowded dance floor and then will have a PERFORMANCE.

Viva Tango Inc. holds its events at Princeton Senior Resource Center (aka Suzanne Patterson), in Princeton, NJ, for $12, including light supper, practica till midnight, no partner is necessary.

Also this Thursday, come and see the art work of our own tanguera, Judy Moore. Judy had three of her pictures selected by the Susan Paterson Center to hang in their Spring Art Show. These works are on display. Come this Thursday to see this art show and talk with the artist.

Please plan to attend, which will enable all of us to practice those sequences in a real crowded floor till midnight.

Today Vittoria Natale and Guillermo Elkouss will teach their 3rd All level class at 7:15 PM and Intermediate level class featuring technique from the villa Urquiza style of tango from the 1950’s (8:30 PM), and then practica till midnight.

$12 one class $20 both, including practica and light supper.

Take the all level class to refine the ever so important fundamental technique that always needs reinforcement.
