Pablo Repun was born and raised in Buenos Aires. He studied with the “Masters” of Argentine Tango there. Pablo teaches all styles of Argentine tango. He has been teaching since 1993 and is known for his utmost concentration on the importance of posture, balance and technique for both Leaders and Followers. Pablo taught workshops at many locations in Buenos Aires including cultural centers, universities and historical places like Café Tortoni and Café Homero Manzi in Buenos Aires. He has taught 5 times at CITA Congress. He has taught and performed on tours in the South America, Europe, and North America. He joins us at VivaTango on June 29th in his current tour of the US and Canada.
Alicia Caminos Repun was also born and raised in Argentina. She has been dancing with Pablo since 2002. She is a trained artist and designer and teaches alongside Pablo during group classes. Alicia joins Pablo at VivaTango.

Maurizio Najt, Piano, is a graduate of the Conservatorio Nacional de Música in Buenos Aires. He performed with “Amigos del Tango”; Forever Tango Orchestra; New York Tango Trio and other groups. Maurizio has performed in Lincoln Center Alice Tully Hall, Winter Garden, Philadelphia Kimmel Center, and the Argentine Embassy in Washington DC and Tokyo. He co-produced and directed the show “Crónicas de Buenos Aires”, a multimedia and educational review of the history of argentine tango in music and dance.
Javier Sanchez – Bandoneón, has toured the world with Orquesta Típica, Tango Pasión, Tango Viaje al Sentimiento, Pedro Chemes Group, Tango Emotión, Tanguera and Quinteto Típico Buenos Aires. Javier has performed in Buenos Aires tango shows including Café Tortoni, Chiquin Buenos Aires, Pigmalión Tango, El Viejo Almacén, Esquina de Carlos Gardel, Tango Porteño, Piazzolla Tango. Javier has numerous recordings.

Wendy Zoffer, Flautist-Originally from Montreal, Wendy is a versatile and accomplished
Federico Puebla, Pianist- Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Federico began his musical studies at the age of nine with private teachers and then attended the National University of Cuyo. A performer, composer, arranger and lyricist, Federico writes in several musical genres: tango, rock, pop, argentine folk, and bolero. He has formed many bands and has performed in numerous shows and concerts. His solo concert piece is called “Pianissimo” consisting of a one-hour concert of improvisation with influences of jazz and rock. Federico is an accompanist, performing complete milongas and shows with singers, musicians and dancers. and has participated in numerous live music radio programs. He is also a piano instructor in New Jersey at the Federacion Mercantil Hispana and in New York at Saint’s Peter Church.
