This Thursday our resident instructors Pablo and Iwona will teach an all-levels lesson. They will also be available after the lesson to provide one-on-one help for dancers who want additional help mastering the lesson. The milonga this week will be hosted by Svetlana Howells. Thursday, April 9th. Pablo Garcia Gomez and Iwona Ionescu are very popular instructors at Viva Tango and other tango events. Their lessons are always clear and practical, and can be applied almost immediately in the milonga following the lesson. After the lesson Pablo and Iwona will be available at the side of the dance floor to help any dancers wishing more assistance with the lesson. Tonight’s DJ Svetlana Howells will spin her whimsical tandas after the lesson. She has graced us several times in the past and was always well received by our dancers.

7:00 pm: Lesson with Pablo & Iwona.
8:15 pm Milonga with DJ Svetlana.

Thursday, April 16th. Meredith Klein and Andres Amarilla are frequent
instructors and performers (together or individually) at Viva Tango. Meredith
is the founder of Philadelphia Argentine Tango School (PATS). She is a
popular instructor, performer and the organizer of the annual Philadelphia
Tango Festival. Andres was born and raised in Buenos Aires. He studied with
and performed in the dance companies of three of the greatest tangueros of all
time: Gustavo Naveira, Juan Carlos Copes, and Rodolfo Dinzel. Tonight’s DJ
will be Meredith Klein. She will keep us dancing and wanting for more.

7:00 pm: All levels lesson with Meredith and Andres.
8:15 pm: Milonga with DJ Meredith Klein.
9:30 pm: Performance by Meredith and Andres.

Admission: $20.

Thursday, April 23rd, JUST-DANCE Milonga. Come early, leave late
and enjoy a casual milonga evening your friends at Viva Tango. Replenish
your energy with some great snacks from our refreshments table. And of
course, super-DJ Urszula Abolik will play her captivating music and
sometimes surprising tandas and cortinas all evening long. No lesson, no
performance, no live music – Just Dance!

7:00 pm: Milonga with DJ Urszula.
Admission: $20.

FREE EVENTS FOR VOLUNTEERS
VivaTango continues to need help to make events run smoothly. Setup only takes a little time and you do not miss any milonga time. The same is true about cleanup. Working on the welcome desk is a great way to get to know your fellow dancers. The hero of the night is the person who brings the food for the event. If you can help contact Sylvie

WATER
We urge dancers to bring their water bottle from home to cut down on single use bottles. There is a chilled water fountain and a cold/hot water dispenser that you can use to refill your water bottle or get a drink to keep you hydrated.

DIRECTIONS
VivaTango is located at 45 Stockton Street, Princeton New Jersey. There is a well-lit, off-street parking lot at the venue. The large dance floor is in the smaller of the two buildings. The venue is easily accessed by rail from NYC and Philly. Just get a ticket to Princeton (not Princeton Junction. You get off the train at Princeton Junction and take the connecting shuttle train to Princeton.) The venue is 8 blocks from the Princeton Train Station with a lovely walk through the Princeton University Campus (0.8 mi.) MAP
